Refund & Returns Policy

  1. Refunds

Due to the nature of personalised and or commissioned products / items; we are unable to offer any refunds unless the product / item has a manufacturing defect or has been lost in the post.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] with your order or invoice number, including details of the defect and or problem with your order, and we will work with you to rectify the issue.

In the case of a failed delivery, such as being lost in the post, we will upon checking with the courier used and if we are satisfied that your order has be lost, issue a full refund within 7 working days.

  1. Returns

If the product / item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us first as above. If we accept your return the product / item must be in the same condition as you received it, and it must be returned in its original packaging. We will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item and will provide you with a returns label along with return instructions.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, we will send you a replacement product or issue a refund, depending on your preference within 7 working days.

  1. Exceptions

There are some exceptions to our refund and returns policy. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following products:

  • Products that have been used or opened.
  • Products that have been customized or personalized.
  • Digital products or services.
