1. Acceptance of Terms:

By using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services:

We provide laser cutting and engraving, sublimation printing & vinyl printing & cutting services to individuals and businesses. We may add or remove services at any time without notice.

3. Payment:

• For commissioned work, a payment of 50% of the total quoted price is required prior to the start of any work. Upon completion of the work, the remaining amount will be due within 7 days of delivery.
• Online orders through our store of personalised gifts or otherwise, must be paid in full at the time of order.

We accept payment via credit / debit cards through our payment providers Stripe & Mypos. We also accept bank transfer for commissioned work. Payment must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.

4. Intellectual Property:

• All designs, artwork, and intellectual property provided by the client or created by us for the client remains the property of the client. We will not reproduce, distribute, or sell any customer artwork or designs without the client’s express permission.
• We may use photos of your finished artwork to be displayed on our website or other marketing information. You can optout of this at any point by contacting us.
• Our own designs and artwork as seen on our website / store, remains the property of Black Cat Lasers and must not be reproduced, copied or other, without our expressed permission.

5. Warranty:

We warrant all work supplied by us to be free from defects in workmanship for 30 days from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the product.

6. Returns & Refunds:

We do not accept returns of personalised or commissioned products / items, unless there is a manufacturing defect with the product / item.

      7.Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

      8.Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Black Cat Lasers and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.

      9. Privacy:

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will never share your personal information with third parties, apart from those needed to provide our services to you, unless required by law.
