Laser cutting, engraving & more

We run a CO2 laser, sublimation printing and a vinyl cutter from our Baldock workshop. Here’s what each can do, and what it works best on.

01 · Laser engraving

Laser engraving

Our CO2 laser burns or etches your design into the surface for a sharp, permanent finish that won’t rub off. It’s perfect for names, dates, logos, artwork and even photographs.

  • Wood, plywood and MDF
  • Acrylic and mirrored acrylic
  • Slate, glass and leather
  • Anodised aluminium and painted metal
  • Photos, logos, text and line art

02 · Laser cutting

Laser cutting

The laser cuts clean, sealed edges with fine detail that would be impossible by hand, from delicate lettering to signs, templates and interlocking parts.

  • Wood, plywood and MDF
  • Acrylic in a range of colours
  • Leather, card and paper
  • Work area 500 × 300mm, longer with pass-through
  • One-offs, prototypes and repeat batches

03 · Sublimation printing

Full-colour sublimation

Sublimation bonds ink into specially coated products for vibrant, photo-quality colour that won’t peel or crack like a printed sticker.

  • Mugs, including double-sided designs
  • Coasters and mouse mats
  • Branded merchandise for businesses
  • Photo gifts and keepsakes
Full-colour branded mug

  • Custom printed stickers
  • Cut lettering and logos
  • Heat-transfer vinyl for clothing
